Next meeting:

February 26: Speaker: Jan Sherbin, author of Hip, Hippo, Hooray for Fiona!, a photographic biography of the hippopotamus born prematurely at the Cincinnati zoo and kept alive by dedicated staff. She will talk about her journey from idea to publication, including working with the zoo and with designer Chuck Rekow to turn text, photos, and the author’s vision into a beautiful keepsake album. She will also talk about publishing and promoting the book.
