JUNE CINCINNATI MEET-UP: In-person socializing and critiques!
We are very happy to be holding small in-person meet-ups this month! In Cincinnati, we will be meeting from 7:00 – 8:30pm in a new location: the Symmes Township Branch Library (11850 Enyart Rd., Loveland, OH 45140). The library’s meeting room is reserved for our group.
NOTE: Due to the current national SCBWI Covid protocols, we will have to limit the number of attendees to 25. Please register to secure your seat!
June will be a critique and socializing meet-up for all kidlit age groups and genres. You can bring (1) one complete picture book (up to 500 words), (2) the first page of a middle grade or young adult novel, (3) a query letter, or (4) up to five illustrations to share for critique (for illustrators). You are welcome to attend whether or not you are bringing work to critique. We can all learn by reading and thinking critically about others’ writing!
If any members want to continue socializing once the meet-up is over, there are several restaurants just a short drive from the library.

-The event will take place from 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm on Thursday, June 30th
-Masks and sanitizer will be provided (usage is optional)
-The event is free, but you MUST REGISTER
–Due to the attendance limit, registration is open only to current SCBWI members
