Virtual Workshop: Beyond the Book Release

You work hard on your writing and illustrating with the dream of eventually getting your work published, but what do you do after that? How do school and library visits work? What are the best ways to market your books? There is a lot to learn about what comes after publication.

In this online workshop, we have asked two well-known professionals to speak about these exact topics. Margaret Peterson Haddix will speak to us about in-person and virtual school and library visits, while Arree Chung will discuss book marketing and business tips for authors and illustrators.

This workshop is designed for our “PAL” members (i.e. Published and Listed members), but this information can be useful to creators at all stages of the journey. It’s never too early to be prepared for success!
